Pole Barre (Wednesdays at 5:30pm)

* 60 Minute Cardio Circuit - Zumba, Ballet Barre and Pole

This class will allow those of you who are looking for a real cardio workout to have the best of both worlds. Starting with a 30 minute Zumba workout and next a 15 minute core work out with ballet barre exercises and last a 15 minute upper body workout on the pole to build strength.

*60minute Pole Barre - 30 minute pole choreograh, then on to the barre and pole for a core workout.

All we need is a comitment of two classes 2x's a week for you to see results witin the first 30 days.That's it! Simple.

Each class is personally taught by instrucors who have been personally handpicked and trained by owner and main instructor Kelly....it's like haveing your very own personal trainer.

This program was developed by Kelly for the person who does not have time to spend every day at the gym.

After 8 yeas of teaching she has seen her program work on women in the way she intened.

This membership will give you access to ALL classes . We currently offer 2-3 classes a day in both daytime and evening calenars Monday thru Thursday and Saturdays.

In order to see any type of results we suggest you try to attend classes twice a week and at least 90 minutes worth of classes (if possible) with each visit.

We have heard testimonials from current clients that they have seen results in as little as 30 days.

Joining is easy.... . No excessive commitments and no games...just everyday women who are commited to having fun and losing weight.
